And now we are proud to expand to a second French Quarter gallery, as we announce the opening of Vintage Iconography at 329 Royal Street, across from the 8th District Police Station. This new gallery will branch out into the realm of historic documents and ephemera, rare antique maps and antique weaponry.

The new gallery is the 13th store currently operated by the Sutton family which has its own one hundred year history in New Orleans. Beginning in 1909, grandfathers Joseph Sutton and Jack Sutton began selling linens and lace in the French Quarter. The third generation is now carrying on this long retail tradition. Vintage 429 and Vintage Iconography represents the maverick retailing style of owner Joey Sutton.
